- Blender
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen banana (sliced or chunked)
- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of greek yogurt
Dry Ingredients
- 27 g of ReStructure® protein powder, vanilla or chocolate
- a pinch of salt
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until creamy & drink immediately
