Equipment:
- Blender
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 2 cups of coconut or almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of mixed frozen fruit
- 1 LARGE pinch of fresh spinach
- 2 cups of ice
- Completement Formula™ dose, as usual
Dry Ingredients
- 27 g of ReStructure® vanilla protein powder
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth & enjoy
Tips From Dr Dean:
If you are looking to increase your vegetable intake, blend in one or two handfuls of low-oxalate greens such as kale, arugula, cabbage, lettuce, etc.
