The Few Things You Will Need

Equipment:

  • Blender

Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups of coconut or almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of mixed frozen fruit
  • 1 LARGE pinch of fresh spinach
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Completement Formula™ dose, as usual

Dry Ingredients


Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth & enjoy

 

Tips From Dr Dean:

If you are looking to increase your vegetable intake, blend in one or two handfuls of low-oxalate greens such as kale, arugula, cabbage, lettuce, etc.
