The Few Things You Will Need
Equipment:
- a blender
- measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4-6 oz frozen organic strawberries, blueberries, or both
- ½ cup low-oxalate greens such as kale, arugula, cabbage, lettuce
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raw almond butter (optional)
- 1/4 tsp of ReMag liquid magnesium
- 1/4 tsp of ReMyte mineral solution
- water (to preferred consistency)
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 27 g of ReStructure protein powder, vanilla
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Getting The Right Consistency
Add water or other liquid to adjust smoothie to drinkable consistency, or any way you like to eat it!
