- Blender
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup of regular or decaffeinated coffee
- 1 cup of coconut or brazil nut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or coconut butter
- Ice
Dry Ingredients
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder (small amount of a high oxalate food)
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 27 g of ReStructure® protein powder
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until creamy & drink immediately
