The Few Things You Will Need
Equipment:
- 1 Large bowl
- 1 Small bowl
- Large cooking pan
- Whisk or fork
Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients
- 4 large egg
- 1 cup of pumpkin pie filling (or 2 medium bananas)
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 1-2 tsp of maple syrup, to mix
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup, to top
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Dry Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp of baking powder
- Shake of Cinnamon
- 54 g of ReStructure® protein powder
Directions:
- Whisk eggs together in a bowl
- Mix pumpkin (or bananas) with ReStructure® protein powder in large bowl
- Add whisked eggs into the large bowl, and mix until smooth
- Add in baking powder and vanilla, and fold in ingredients
- Add in maple syrup (optional)
- Prepare pan with coconut oil, and pour batter into pan in spoonful-sized servings
- Cook until complete, add cinnamon on top, and enjoy
